Refund Policy

This text explains the refund terms for digital content and services provided through MenagerOnline (in-app purchases, in-game digital products, etc.).

1) General Principle

Refund procedures vary depending on the purchase channel:

  • In-app purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play: refund/cancellation procedures are subject to the relevant store's (Apple/Google) in-app purchase and refund policies.
  • Digital product/service purchases made via direct payment methods such as IBAN / bank transfer: due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once access/delivery has been provided.

2) Apple / Google In-App Purchases

  • Refund requests are reviewed by Apple/Google, not by MenagerOnline.
  • For refund/cancellation requests, use order history, subscription management, or support channels on App Store / Google Play.
  • Whether a refund is approved, and the applicable timelines/conditions, are determined by Apple/Google.

3) Purchases via IBAN (No Refunds)

  • No refunds are provided for digital products purchased via IBAN payments.
  • Bank fees/commissions are borne by the user.
  • In cases such as incorrect payment note, wrong amount, or duplicate payment, support may be provided only in mandatory situations after review (e.g. if service was technically not delivered at all). This does not create an automatic right to a refund.

4) Suspected Unauthorized Transaction

  • For Apple/Google purchases, contact the relevant store.
  • Change your password to protect account security.
