1) Fictional Content & Real Persons

• MenagerOnline is a game and a fictional product.
• The game does not use real football player names under any circumstances.
• Teams/players, statistics, leagues, scenarios and similar content are for entertainment and fictional purposes.

2) Online Interaction & Messages

• MenagerOnline is an online game and enables interaction with other players (e.g., messaging).
• MenagerOnline is not responsible for messages or content posted by users (user-generated content).
• For community safety, we may remove content and apply restrictions (warnings, suspensions, bans) in cases such as hate speech, harassment, threats, spam or illegal content.

3) Rules of Conduct

• Users agree not to post illegal/abusive content, harass others, share personal data without permission, cheat (bots/exploits), or disrupt the service.

4) Intellectual Property

• The MenagerOnline brand, visuals, UI, software and content are owned by MenagerOnline and/or its licensors. Unauthorized copying/distribution/commercial use is prohibited.

5) Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, server/third-party issues, or force majeure.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss.

6) Third-Party Services

• Third-party services such as Google/Apple are subject to their own terms; MenagerOnline is not responsible for their actions/omissions.
