Refund Policy
This policy explains refund rules for digital content and services (in-app purchases, digital items, etc.) offered through MenagerOnline.
1) General Rule
- Refund handling depends on where you purchased:
- In-app purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play: Refunds/cancellations are governed by Apple/Google in-app purchase and refund terms.
- Direct payments via IBAN / bank transfer for digital products/services: Because the product is digital and access is provided, refunds are not available.
2) Apple / Google In-App Purchases
- Refund requests are not decided by MenagerOnline; they are handled by Apple/Google.
- Use your App Store / Google Play order history, subscription management, or their support channels.
- Eligibility, time limits and acceptance are determined by Apple/Google.
3) IBAN / Bank Transfer Purchases (No Refund)
- For IBAN purchases, no refunds are issued for digital products once access/delivery is provided.
- Bank fees/commissions are the user’s responsibility.
- In cases like duplicate payments or clear technical non-delivery, we may provide support after review only where strictly necessary. This does not create a general “right to refund”.
4) Suspected Unauthorized Transactions
- For Apple/Google purchases, contact the relevant store first.
- Secure your account (change password).
